Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as your order is on its way.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. MLashes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, any additional shipping fees to resend the order are the customer's responsibility.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products — which include adhesives, lash supplies, and beauty consumables — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging may be eligible for store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds, but we're always happy to work with you toward the right resolution.
